ROLE DESCRIPTION

A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborating with Retail Operations Manager (ROM) to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between headquarters and regional branches through regular visits and engagement with store management.
  • Ensure all store operations comply with company standards.
  • Set and monitor regional KPIs (Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, Conversion Rate).
  • Ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives across all stores.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management to improve market share, customer experience, and overall business growth.
  • Drive operational excellence and deliver value to customers across all stores.
  • Apply innovative strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Salary & Benefits

  • Travelling Allowance: MYR 720 – MYR 1,200 (based on location)
  • Mobile Allowance: MYR 130
  • Incentives: Eligible based on campaign performance
  • Bonus: Yes, performance-based (monthly)
