Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage major FI in the respective regions/business line, monitoring the onboarding process and conducting regular business review with global banks and other FIs. Research on partners' cash, settlement and FX capabilities, and select the most favorable institutions for business cooperation. Supporting FI partnership team to improve the service level of the banks
- Research on the business model and compliance policy of oversea funds management practice in local market. Daily work includes but not limited to oversea teasury management, local banks contact, fund management and account management. Preparation of RFP on the competitiveness of FX, settlement and other fund-related business offerings across different regions
- Conduct research on the latest development of market infrastructure. Manage the various projects for the deliverables and implementation. Manage and secure the ongoing requirement of banks for existing business. Manage the risk of counterparties and establish mechanism to diversify the risk of fund management among institutions
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience
- Prior work experience with banks, card scheme, or large international payment companies
- In-depth knowledge on global bank's settlement and FX products, with relevant project experience preferred. understand international fund settlement and clearing business, familiar with the operation and business model of cross border payment, with FX and treasury management project experience in large multinational companies preferred; Knowledge on oversea payment and cross border funds related compliance policies
- Candidates shall demonstrate a certain level of leadership, large project management experience preferred
- Abilities to work under pressure and be adapted to long period business trips
