Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with various departments, and managing resources efficiently. The role also includes monitoring operational performance, implementing process improvements, and leading a team to achieve the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of operations management, production planning, and resource allocation
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Proficiency in process improvement techniques and operational performance monitoring
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia
