Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and schedule.
  • Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and site operations to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction standards.
  • Assist in planning and organizing site work, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Report site progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager or management team.
  • Verify and record site materials delivery, usage, and inventory.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure that all works comply with regulatory and company safety standards.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress photos, and related documentation.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support project completion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the construction industry or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage manpower efficiently and maintain discipline on site.
  • Proficient in report writing and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
