About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team at Furball Haven PLT in the vibrant neighbourhood of Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our pet care business.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and queries
- Scheduling appointments and managing the booking calendar
- Providing administrative support including filing, data entry and document management
- Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
- Assisting with other general office duties as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient in the use of office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of the pet care industry would be an advantage
