Responsibilities:
Plans, directs, and oversees the sales team within a designated region to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets in line with established sales processes and strategiesYou are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region through market analysis and customer engagement.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to senior management.
• Ensure in-store execution excellence by adhering to the 7P's sales principles: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical evidence.
• Manage trade spend efficiently to optimize promotional effectiveness and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with key accounts and sales teams.
• Develop sales forecasts and action plans to address market challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
