About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Sales Advisor
to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in providing professional consultation to clients, building long-term relationships, and supporting business growth. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy advising clients, solving problems, and creating long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and tailored solutions to clients based on their needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and consultations
  • Work closely with the team to meet individual and team sales targets
  • Follow up with clients to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction
  • Participate in training, workshops, and development programmes
  • Assist in planning and executing sales activities or marketing campaigns
  • Track market trends and provide feedback for business improvement

Requirements

  • Malaysian, age 21 and above
  • Minimum SPM qualification; higher education preferred
  • Experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or advisory roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, professional, and client-focused
  • Self-driven with strong responsibility and discipline
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Possess own transport (preferred)
