Job Summary

Manage and implement sovereign cloud initiatives across infrastructure, governance, compliance, and

cloud application orchestration. Acts as the coordination point among internal technical teams, vendors,

and regulators.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

 Oversee execution of cloud governance, program coordination, and risk management.

 Ensure compliance with Malaysian data protection laws, security standards, and international

certifications.

 Monitor cloud infrastructure performance—network, compute, storage—across data centres.

 Collaborate with legal, policy, and cybersecurity teams on sovereignty frameworks.

 Coordinate DevOps CI/CD pipelines, application integration, and system reliability.

 Engage vendors, consultants, and cloud service providers on technical and compliance deliverables.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

 Degree in IT, Cloud Computing, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.

 5+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or regulatory technology.

 Knowledge of cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data centre operations, or compliance

frameworks.

 Certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, or ITIL preferred.

 Strong stakeholder management and report-writing

skills.

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
