Boutique Operations

• Ensure merchandise is consistently replenished, neatly organized, and visually appealing.
• Collect, compile, and prepare data for sales and customer service performance reports.
• Comply with all standard operating procedures for store opening and closing.
• Handle sales transactions and cash management in accordance with company policies.

Sales Performance

• Strive to meet or exceed individual and store monthly sales targets.
• Actively contribute to overall boutique sales growth.

Customer Experience

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every customer.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions.
• Maintain and reinforce the brand's premium image at all times.
• Support after-sales service and help nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Keep customer information accurate, complete, and updated regularly.
• Assist in guiding and onboarding new team members in service standards and customer handling.

Grooming & Presentation

• Maintain a polished, professional, and well-groomed appearance consistently.
• Adhere strictly to company grooming and dress code requirements.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Oversee daily inventory management and monthly stock reconciliation.
• Perform daily stock checks and resolve discrepancies promptly within 2–3 days.
• Update range plans and stock lists according to new arrivals.
• Implement preventive controls to reduce shrinkage, loss, and theft.
• Ensure timely documentation and maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment and efficient use of packaging materials.

Store Maintenance & Visual Display

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized store environment at all times.
• Ensure proper upkeep of merchandise, fixtures, and store equipment.
• Execute visual merchandising in alignment with corporate guidelines and seasonal themes.

Professionalism & Product Knowledge

• Demonstrate strong, updated knowledge of product collections.
• Show initiative, responsibility, and a proactive approach in daily duties.
• Promote effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork within the boutique.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
