HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with company executives and department leaders to create a work environment where employees can thrive and grow. As a member of the HR team, the HRBP supports the achievement of business goals through strategic human resource management.

Greater Kuala Lumpur (On-site), Gtower.

Working hours: 9-6PM, Monday- Friday. (Malaysia PH off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executives and department leaders to provide HR-related advice

  • Operate and improve performance evaluation systems

  • Promote employee motivation and engagement initiatives

  • Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws

  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization

  • Review and improve internal HR systems and policies

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR-related roles

  • Basic understanding of business and management

  • Strong communication skills with employees and managers

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency

  • Business-level English proficiency

  • 労務管理および労働法の遵守を確保

  • 組織内の多様性とインクルージョンの推進

  • 社内の人事制度およびポリシーの見直しと改善

  • 従業員ケアの実施(従業員との定期的な1on1、フィードバックの収集、職場の満足度向上施策の実行)

  • 従業員からの相談・悩みごとの対応および必要に応じたサポートの提供

応募資格:

  • 人事関連業務での実務経験

  • ビジネスおよびマネジメントに関する基礎的な理解

  • 従業員およびマネージャーとの高いコミュニケーション能力

  • 課題解決力および分析力

  • 日本語(ネイティブレベルが望ましい)

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(特にグローバルチームや外資系企業での業務に対応できる方)
