We're hiring a
Global Head of Modern Workplace and Mobility Services
This strategic role will shape the organization's technology roadmap, leading modern workplace transformation and AI-driven productivity initiatives across a global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global
    Modern Workplace and Mobility
    strategy aligned with digital transformation goals.
  • Oversee
    M365, AI enablement, device management, identity & access management
    , and endpoint security.
  • Drive
    service excellence
    and user experience through automation, innovation, and strong operational delivery.
  • Manage strategic
    vendor relationships
    , licensing, and global technology budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional IT teams to enhance adoption, training, and performance.
  • Ensuring cost-effective consumption of software assets in domain through proactive forecasting, entitlement tracking, and renewal strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of
    global IT leadership
    experience in Modern Workplace, Mobility, or IAM domains.
  • Strong technical expertise in
    Microsoft 365, Intune, ServiceNow, and endpoint management tools
    .
  • Proven success in driving automation, self-service, and AI-driven service improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (
    Microsoft, ITIL, PMP, CISSP
    ) are a plus.

*Minimal Travel might be required for this role
