Key Responsibilities
- Monitor bus fleet condition through daily inspection checklists and defect reporting.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules with the technical team.
- Collect and compile safety-related data, including accident and incident reports.
- Track driver compliance with safety policies such as speed limits, rest periods, and driving behaviour.
- Assist in preparing safety and fleet performance reports for management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interest in fleet operations and safety compliance.
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle operations (an added advantage).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
