Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team. You will assist clients with financial planning, accounting, and reporting, while supporting our Australian team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' income, debt, and expenses to determine borrowing capacity
  • Conduct cash flow and retirement planning analyses
  • Compare financial products and prepare customized quotes
  • Manage bookkeeping, workpapers, and internal reports
  • Handle Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) reporting and data management
  • Review and maintain client records for compliance
  • Prepare clear monthly reports for clients
  • Keep internal workflows and databases up to date
  • Evaluate financial products and assess client risk profiles

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounting for any related industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
