Job Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate the conformity of process operation to ensure that product operation meets various requirements.

  2. Promote and improve the achievement of various quality objectives.

  3. Evaluate the conformity of process settings to ensure that there is no quality hazard.

  4. Communicate and coordinate quality-related affairs. Ensure timely elimination of abnormalities

  5. On-site follow-up of customer visits and audit of quality-related matters

  6. Follow-up and communication of customer complaints

  7. Planning of quality control at all stages of project introduction, climbing, mass production and EOL according to the company's relevant management regulations and customer requirements;

8.leading analysis and follow-up of FPY and customer complaints to improve product quality and customer satisfaction

Recruitment Requirements:

  1. Have initiative, good communication awareness and service awareness, extroverted personality, good at communication

  2. Have solid professional knowledge of PCBA product quality; Familiar with IPC series standards, such as IPC610 version H, etc.

  3. Master relevant office software and statistical tools, and have the ability to write PPT reports.

  4. Familiar with QC management tools, such as FMEA, DOE, CP, 6Sigma and seven new and old quality management tools.

  5. Be familiar with MSA, SPC and CPK quality control schemes.

  6. Familiar with knowledge related to process quality management

  7. Familiar with knowledge related to electronic components and PCB

  8. Familar with SMT, wave soldering, crimping, packaging and other process knowledge.
