  • Lead and manage security operations specifically focused on Microsoft 365 workloads
  • Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 security tooling, including Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Cloud App Security.
  • Define, enforce, and manage critical data security policies such as DLP, Information Protection, and Insider Risk Management.
  • Oversee and maintain security baselines, endpoint protection (e.g., Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike), and anti-malware/exploit prevention across cloud-hosted workloads and user devices.

skills and experience required

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft 365 security tools and controls.
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in configuring and managing Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview, and DLP policy configuration.
  • Solid working knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud security controls, with practical experience in network and perimeter protection.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as BNM-RMiT, MAS TRM, and international best practices (like ISO
