Business Development Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, WP Kuala Lumpur
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, preferably in the education/financial/medical fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Analytical skills for using data in decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Conceive and implement strategies to drive business outcomes within the assigned sector.
- Develop and execute plans to promote services, attract new clients, and build strong relationships.
- Create and manage programs to meet industry standards and client needs.
- Secure contracts and build relationships within the target market.
- Prepare proposals and present them to potential clients.
- Use data-driven sources to generate regular performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events and seminars.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive ongoing opportunities.
