About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join our procurement team in supporting FPSO project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, strategic sourcing capabilities, and proven experience managing vendor relationships within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for FPSO project, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and award.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering, project, and logistics teams to align procurement strategies with project requirements.
  • Prepare and review CBE, purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation in compliance with company policies and project specifications.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience in the oil & gas industry, with mandatory experience handling FPSO project.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, commercial terms, and contract management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft NAV will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
