Deskripsi Kerja:

  • Mereka bentuk dan menyediakan pelan seni bina mengikut keperluan pelanggan dan spesifikasi projek.
  • Menyediakan 'detailed drawing', layouts serta visual 3D menggunakan perisian reka bentuk seperti AutoCAD, SketchUp atau Revit.
  • Bekerjasama dengan jurutera, kontraktor dan perunding untuk pastikan reka bentuk dan projek berjalan lancar.
  • Membuat 'site visit' bagi memantau kerja pembinaan dan memastikan ia ikut reka bentuk yang diluluskan.
  • Membantu sediakan dokumen tender, laporan dan pembentangan projek.
  • Pastikan semua reka bentuk mematuhi peraturan bangunan dan piawaian keselamatan yang ditetapkan.

Kelayakan (BM):

  • Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam bidang Seni Bina atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Fresh graduate digalakkan untuk memohon (gaji permulaan: RM2,600).
  • Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan untuk pertimbangan gaji lebih tinggi (sehingga RM4,000).
  • Mahir menggunakan perisian seperti AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit atau software reka bentuk seni bina lain.
  • Mempunyai ketelitian, daya kreativiti dan kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah yang baik.
  • Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan juga sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan.
