Insurance Agency/Broker Network Group

Oyen Pet Insurance is a part of an insurance broking/agent network group of that provides general insurance broking services to our partners in commercial risk, specialty personal lines, for SMEs, large corporates and multi-national companies.

Our platform provides sales and marketing, tech and IT solutions that enable the success of other insurance brands in the consumer retail and corporate sector. You will be part of a broader group and team that specialise in and servicing other insurance services like in the luxury collection space, security guard industry, logistic industry, property and engineering, and many more.

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and people-friendly
Growth & Customer Experience Associate
to support Oyen's marketing, customer engagement, and partner operations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves solving problems, and wants to work across
marketing campaigns, SEO, customer engagement, and partner coordination,
all in a fast-growing digital pet insurance company.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement:

• Handle enquiries from WhatsApp, social media, and inbound calls
• Understand customer needs and explain coverage clearly and warmly
• Provide great experiences that naturally support conversions
• Share customer insights with the team to improve marketing and product

Marketing & Growth Support

• Help plan and run marketing campaigns (email, WhatsApp, social, seasonal)
• Coordinate with freelancers on content, design, and SEO
• Assist with SEO tasks such as keyword checks, content uploads, and performance tracking
• Report campaign and SEO results to the team

Partner & Vendor Management

• Support vet clinic onboarding and partner communication
• Help manage and improve customer workflows
• Coordinate with vendors on fulfilment and logistics

Marketing Operational Excellence

• Track key weekly performance trends and highlight anything important
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements (automation encouraged)
• Support smooth handovers across the team to maintain consistency
• Keep our processes streamlined and simple to support fast growth

What We Are Looking For:

• 1–4 years' experience in marketing, growth, customer experience, or operations
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Organised, structured, and good at follow-through
• Comfortable with customer interactions across digital channels
• Curious and eager to learn SEO, marketing tools, and automation
• Enjoys working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Nice-to-have:
experience with SEO, campaign execution, tools, or managing freelancers.
