Job Vacancy: Technical Assistant (Elite Crew) - Sarawak

We are seeking a Technical Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction through a focus on service restoration, new connections, and line management.

  • Employment Type: Full Time Contract, 12 months.
  • Basic Salary: RM2200 per month
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Work Location: Kuching, Bintulu, Stampin and Sriaman - Sarawak.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Technical Expert Resolve complex technical issues within a customer's home, from the main connection point to all personal devices.
  • Perform Internet Service Restoration Take charge of restoring and repairing internet services at customer homes, ensuring a stable and reliable connection.
  • Provide Advanced Technical Support Address "beyond connectivity" issues and provide support for a broad spectrum of services and devices.
  • Act as a Primary Escalation Point Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical problems that cannot be solved by other field teams.
  • Conduct Professional Consultations Provide expert advice and solutions during on-site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage Field Operations Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed and ensure the proper upkeep of the assigned company vehicle, tools, and inventory.

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficient in using computers.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
