JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Strategy:

  • Work closely with the production manager to set long-term goals by analyzing data and considering available resources.

  • Implement improvements and analyze production to increase efficiency and output.

  • Organize and simplify documents, ensuring they are kept updated with new product launches.

  • Test equipment, update processes, and assess potential risks.

Operational:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the KPIs set by management.

  • Manage and coordinate production to meet quality and quantity goals while minimizing costs.

  • Continuously improve methods and monitor production results.

  • Collaborate with R&D and QA during new product launches, ensuring machines and resources are ready.

  • Keep production documents, formulas, SOPs, and training records updated.

People:

  • Be eager to learn and adapt quickly.

  • Maintain good communication with R&D and QA teams on product improvements and quality issues.

  • Delegate tasks effectively to encourage ownership and growth within the team.

  • Provide training on new products, processes, and improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Processing/Manufacturing or related field with at least 2 years of experience in production or process improvement.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental standards and Halal requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience with ISO 19001 & ISO 14001 audits.
