Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account cum Purchasing Officer at HAOS BERHAD, located in Johor Bahru. Responsibilities include managing purchasing processes, preparing and reviewing purchase orders and requisitions, engaging in contract negotiations, and maintaining vendor relationships. The role also involves monitoring budgets, analyzing costs, and ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions
  • Experienced in Contract Negotiation with an understanding of vendor management
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating costs and managing budgets
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with procurement software is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
