Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Handle customers' queries via phone and email for fuel cards, loyalty cards, other card products and their related digital applications; including maintenance of card accounts e.g. account balance checking, transactional activities (e.g. transaction details, disputes and adjustments) and billing statements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on feedback and cases escalation related to overall fuel retail business, including concerns on services at petrol stations, marketing promotions, product quality, etc.

  • Coordinate administrative tasks as back-end support customers' documents related to application processing, products ordering, and other ad-hoc support to relevant Business Units on special assignments and events, etc.

  • Enthusiastic to learn and take part as power-user on digitization initiatives of conventional business processes.

  • Other work task(s) which may be assigned according to business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • This is a senior customer service representative position - at least 5 years of working experience, advantageous if specialized in Customer Service or Call Centre.

  • Personalized and positive, People-First attitude, good grasp of customers' behaviours and support needs.

  • Ability to read/write and speak in Malay and English, will be an advantage with speaking skills in Mandarin.

  • Flexible to work on some weekends and public holidays (on rotation basis, not every weekend/public holidays.

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
