Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of account & financial report.
- Able to handle day-to-day accounting works. Eg. Invoicing, bookkeeping, payments, & filing.
- Able to handle HR administrative works. Eg. Handle payroll, attendance, claim, OT, annual leave & etc.
- Able to provide general clerical support.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance field/ Business Studies/ Human Resource Management/ or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years working experience in relevant field.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
