Job Summary: Handling client work permit application and liaise with government authorities including Immigration Department, MIDA, MDEC, CCM and any other authorities where necessary.

Job Responsibilities :

  • To handle multiple client portfolios for different services such as Employment Pass / Visa applications, business licensing and other relevant applications
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities for immigration requirements
  • Answer inquiries and provide consultation based on clients' needs.
  • Filing of documents as per ISO 9001:2015 requirement
  • To help out on other administrative tasks as and when required by the superior

Job Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of experience in handling visa applications such as EP, ESD, MDEC, PVP, WRT, LTSVP.
  • Strong command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
  • Good proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a MUST
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and meticulous
