What you'll be doing?
  • Manage accounts: Handle full sets of accounts, variance reports, and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis, manage cash flow forecasts, and assist in budget planning.
  • Reporting: Update management on policy changes and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Compliance: Prepare and submit SST-related documents, and liaise with statutory bodies.
  • Team leadership: Monitor and guide subordinates, ensuring smooth operations.
  • HR support: Assist in payroll, recruitment, and HR administration.
Who are they looking for?
  • Qualifications: Degree in Accounting/Finance, with preference for CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years and above working experience in Managerial position handling full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR, Balance Sheet, month-end & year-end closing). Experience with financial analysis, taxation, audit, cash flow forecast & budget planning, and SST matters is a plus.
  • Industry: Working experience in manufacturing industry/manufacturing base environment is a plus.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay is essential for effective communication.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
  • Independent work: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
