· To assist on clerical duties such as extracting report, documentation filling and etc.
· Manage and handle daily operations, clerical, preparing invoice and other administrative works.
· Preparing weekly/ monthly report and SOA pr upon request.
· Undertake any adhoc assignment task given by supervisor or management team.
· Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
· Maintaining and updating sales and customers records.
· Compiling monthly sales reports.
· Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
· Supporting the sales department with the other administrative task, if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
