Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  • Frequent checks on quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
  • Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies.
  • Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
  • Properly washing and storing all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in fast-paced hot kitchen.
  • Basic cooking knowledge in Western and Asian cuisines.
  • Willing to learn and passionate about food.
  • Must be a teamwork personality and serious in work.
  • Disciplined and follows procedures accordingly.
  • Excellent self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
