Where you come in:

  • Develop and execute regional supply chain strategy aligned with global and commercial leadership.
  • Lead site supply chain operations including warehousing, sterilization planning, logistics, and import/export.
  • Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and collaborate with global teams to ensure forecast accuracy and robust supply plans.
  • Manage third-party logistics, distribution providers, and sterilizers, ensuring performance and contract compliance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, escalation protocols, and review cadences to drive transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO13485) across all supply chain activities and partners.
  • Collaborate on IT/OT systems to support global efficiency and process consistency.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, development, and continuous improvement.

What makes you successful:

  • 10+ years in supply chain roles within regulated manufacturing environments; 7+ years in leadership.
  • Expertise in forecasting, planning, inventory management (S&OP), and manufacturing scheduling.
  • Experience managing 3PLs, logistics providers, and contract performance.
  • Strong understanding of import/export regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP, DRP, WMS, and TMS systems.
  • Demonstrated success in leading transformational change and influencing across matrix organizations.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
