About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Agricore CS Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' financial management and accounting needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain and reconcile client accounts, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for clients
  • Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and collections
  • Provide bookkeeping and accounting support to small business clients
  • Collaborate with client managers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Liaise with third-party service providers, such as banks and tax authorities, on behalf of clients
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar account executive or bookkeeping role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
