Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Strategy & Performance
• Develop and implement the hotel's digital and e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and distribution goals.
• Manage and optimize the hotel's presence across all online channels, including , OTAs, metasearch, and local listing platforms.
• Monitor and analyze online performance metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue share) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, and competitive pricing across all digital channels.
- Digital Marketing & Website Optimization
• Collaborate with corporate and regional teams on digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media initiatives.
• Oversee the hotel's website content, ensuring visuals, offers, and copy reflect the brand's tone and luxury positioning.
• Optimize the booking engine and user experience to drive direct bookings.
• Manage online promotions and e-commerce offers in alignment with revenue strategies.
- Online Reputation & Guest Engagement
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on online platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, OTAs, etc.) to enhance reputation scores.
• Work closely with Marketing and Operations to improve guest feedback and implement service improvements.
• Leverage user-generated content and influencer collaborations to strengthen brand visibility.
- Revenue, Distribution & Collaboration
• Partner with Revenue Management to align pricing, distribution, and inventory strategies.
• Support Sales & Marketing in digital campaigns that drive traffic to hotel outlets, events, and packages.
• Coordinate with F&B, and MICE teams to promote offers through digital channels.
• Analyze ROI for all digital initiatives and provide monthly performance reports.
- Technology, Analytics & Brand Compliance
• Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, etc.) to track and report performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand digital standards and guidelines.
• Stay updated on hospitality digital trends and competitor activities to recommend innovations.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of online distribution, SEO, SEM, and digital analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, CMS, OTA extranets, and digital advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a passion for luxury hospitality.
