We're looking for a driven and organized Event Operations Executive to join our dynamic team This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn the ropes of event management and gain hands-on experience in planning and executing impactful events.

Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate with the event team to plan and coordinate events, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
  • Assist in selecting venues, vendors, and suppliers while negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee the on-site event setup, including décor, AV equipment, catering, and other logistical needs.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure that all elements are executed according to schedule.
  • Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Handle event registrations, guest lists, and attendee management.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and venue policies.
  • Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring events stay within financial constraints.
  • Prepare post-event reports to evaluate the success of the event and identify areas for improvement.
  • Track expenses, payments, and contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Provide on-site support to ensure all logistics are executed as planned and handle last-minute changes.

Job's Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/working experience in events are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Already based in Klang Valley, or willing to relocate/travel — this is a fully onsite role based at Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral.
