1\ Purchaser:
- Source and evaluate potential local and oversea suppliers or contractor
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedule
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Issue purchase order
- Enter order details into internal database and ensure updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and review quality of purchased products
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Prepare reports on purchases including cost analyses
- Address any issue and discrepancies related to orders
Requirement:
At least Diploma in Procurement/ Logistic/ Business Admin or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in Construction industry
- Positive minded and willing to learn; flexible and adaptable to our work setting and systems
- Strong communication and able to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organisation skills and attention details in managing multiple priorities
2\ Project Administrator:
- Compile and prepare essential project documentation for submission, ensuring accuracy, proper version control, and meticulous record-keeping
- Manages all document transmittals and records for the project site, ensuring information is distributed to relevant parties efficiently
- Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing (physical and electronic) and archiving
- Assist in scheduling meetings, issuing notices, and preparing meeting minutes.
Track and calculate staff attendance and compile shift schedules.
Provide general administration support at site, such as office maintenance & supply
Perform any other duties as assigned to support site / project operations
Requirement:
At least Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience as Project/ Site Admin in Construction industry
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email etc.
- Positive minded and able to work independently and in a team
- Communicate well and proactiveness to provide adequate support to project
- Excellent planning and organisation skills to manage multiple priorities
3\ Account Executive:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting duties for the entities as assigned.
- Record and process all business transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables, cash, inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs within the organisation's accounting system.
- Assists in the preparation of financial statements within specific timelines.
- Responsible for preparation and maintenance of general ledgers.
- Updates, maintains and reports on fixed asset and commitment listing.
- Preparation of monthly sales reports and accounts receivables.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations and statement of accounts.
- Carries out intercompany reconciliation in a timely manner.
- Assists in liaising with auditor on audits and provides account information for tax purposes.
- Assist in checking and rectifying the project costs of projects and ensures costs allocation to respective project accounts.
- Updates and maintains accounts payable file.
- Updates and maintains deposit, subcontractor retention files.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines
