The Product & Systems Intern will play a key supporting role in the testing, documentation, and enhancement of our custom project managemnet dashboard platform. This position is ideal for students or fresh graduates interested in software testing, product development, and digital project management. The intern will work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure system quality, track user enquiries, document access records, and contribute to feature improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Testing & Quality Assurance

Conduct thorough functional and usability testing of the custom dashboard.

Identify, verify, and document defects, inconsistencies, or user experience issues.

Produce structured test reports and ensure timely communication of findings.

2. User Enquiry Tracking & Follow-Up

Maintain an updated log of all incoming user enquiries or support tickets.

Track enquiry status, priority levels, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of user issues.

3. SaaS Access Documentation & Control

Maintain accurate records of all SaaS access accounts provided to users or stakeholders.

Ensure proper documentation, version tracking, and secure handling of access information.

Assist in periodic audits or updates to access records.

4. Product Improvement & Feature Suggestions

Analyse user feedback and system performance to identify areas for enhancement.

Propose new feature ideas that improve functionality, usability, or efficiency.

Participate in discussions during product review or roadmap sessions.

5. Product Coordination & Requirement Gathering

Assist in collecting, analysing, and documenting requirements from users or stakeholders.

Support product development activities such as preparing user stories, test cases, or deployment notes.

Help coordinate tasks across teams to ensure smooth execution.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly or monthly reports summarizing issues, progress updates, testing results, and recommendations.

Ensure all documentation is organized, updated, and accessible for the team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Project Management ,Construction Management or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document findings clearly and systematically.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of software testing, dashboards, or SaaS systems (added advantage).
  • Familiarity with project coordination or product development workflows is a plus.
