We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive BBTI (Buy back and trade in) Intern to support our team in managing data processes, ensuring system quality, and adhering to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Tech Intern, your responsibilities will include:

    • Data Entry and Compliance: Accurately input and manage sensitive data, ensuring compliance with PDPA and other data protection guidelines.
    • Quality Assurance (QA): Test system updates and new features to ensure reliability, security, and alignment with project requirements.
    • Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and escalate system bugs or irregularities to the development team.
    • System Promotion Support: Assist in rolling out system enhancements and track user feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including data-handling procedures, QA checklists, and compliance workflows.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and compliance teams to address data integrity and security challenges.
    • PDPA Adherence: Stay informed about PDPA regulations and ensure all data handling and processes meet these standards.
    • Ad-Hoc Task: To handle any that may be assigned by the supervisor
