We are seeking a highly motivated Livestream Operations Executive/Coordinator to support the end-to-end execution of livestream sessions, including host coordination, stream quality monitoring, and overall operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in campaign execution and contributes to driving audience engagement and sales through effective and compelling livestream content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to oversee daily livestream operations and manage livestream host schedules, address operational challenges, ensure smooth day-to-day execution and consistently maintain high standard of content.
  • Responsible for analyze livestream performance data usingstreaming software such as OBS, Wirecast or vMix, and developing analytical and operational systems to support decision-making.
  • Responsible to perform daily data tracking and continuously refine the livestreaming style for sales or campaign events to optimise viewer engagement.
  • Conduct livestream and product training sessions to enhance host performance and content delivery.
  • Responsible for delivering accurate product information and offering immediate customer assistance during live broadcasts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and other functional teams to ensure livestream activities align with latest market cosmetic trends.
  • Responsible for creating standardized operating procedures and performance review frameworks to monitor and enhance livestream host effectiveness.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a keen awareness of current market trends in cosmetics products.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, media production, advertising, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in livestream operations or related roles.
  • Familiar with FMCG, particularly in cosmetics, makeup, and skincare products.
  • Proficient in live event production, covering multi-camera setups, stream graphics design, audio/video equipment, and live streaming network protocols.
  • Enjoy a balanced 5-day work week with 2 rest days, while maintaining flexibility to support operations on weekends and public holidays.
