About the Role

iCookAsia Digital is looking for a passionate and organized Social Media Account Manager to manage multiple client accounts and ensure all deliverables and KPIs are met. You'll be the key bridge between our clients and internal creative teams - driving campaigns, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 3-4 client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns (e.g., contests, giveaways, KOL collaborations)
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients - attend meetings and events as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content creators, video producers, ad managers) to deliver projects on time
  • Track performance and prepare monthly reports and insights
  • Respond promptly to client requests and provide proactive recommendations

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Fast response time and proactive in managing client needs
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts is an advantage
  • Background in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing preferred
