About the Role

This internship provides valuable exposure to real corporate operations, helping you develop professional skills and practical knowledge in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Human Resource Internship (You'll be assigned to one of the divisions below)

  • Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment activities, candidate screening, and interview coordination;
  • Payroll Operations: Assist in payroll data entry, employee records, and documentation;
  • Learning & Development: Help organize training programs and engagement activities;
  • Industrial & Employee Relations: Support HR documentation, employee communication, record keeping, and perform any ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by Management.

2. Marketing Internship

  • Print capsules and documents for seasonal launching;
  • Record and organize reports, HR and marketing documents;
  • Print price tag requests and prepare POP materials;
  • File and manage department documents;
  • Assist in preparing non trade items;
  • Support sell thru tracking and sales reporting;
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

3. Finance Internship

  • Review invoices and cheque requests for accuracy and completeness;
  • Sort and match invoices with supporting documents;
  • Set invoices up for payment and assist in preparing payment lists;
  • Support finance team in verifying and organizing payment records;
  • Perform any ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by Management.

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate must be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum internship duration is 10 weeks, with a valid internship placement letter issued by the university or college;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Good communication skills, detail oriented, and eager to learn;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
