Requirements

  • Relevant experience in programme or change management, ideally in banking or financial services.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Strong regional or multi-entity programme delivery experience, with stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
  • Solid understanding of modern data and technology platforms relevant to financial services.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly resilient, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong ownership and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite leaders, business heads, and multi-disciplinary teams.
