About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you'll help drive brand and demand strategies across precision agriculture to industrial automation. This is not a typical agency-style role. You'll be hands-on with real-world campaigns, collaborate with our commercial and tech teams, and take the lead on events, exhibitions, and outreach programs that shape the future of industry solutions in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution & Management: Roll out on-ground marketing campaigns to drive awareness and qualified leads.
  • Events & Exhibitions: Lead the coordination of Aonic's presence at industry events and roadshows, including vendor management, booth setup, on-ground execution, and lead generation.
  • Content & Collateral Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop a wide range of marketing materials, including product flyers, sales kits, event backdrops, social media assets, and email templates to support campaigns across all touchpoints.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, operations, and branch teams across Malaysia to ensure seamless execution across the Agriculture and Industrial verticals.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs like campaign ROI, event leads and and support timely reporting for internal reviews.

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proven ability to coordinate events, exhibitions or roadshows is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to details, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and meeting tight timelines.
  • Able to travel within Malaysia for marketing activations.
