Sales Admin/Coordinator

Job location - Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Reachable via LRT - Kerinchi station)
Role Summary:
Collect orders from Sales Team member in order to meet the allocation. Check price (and approval, if required). Enter order in the SAP system according to customer PO. Release quotation to customer. Convert quotation to Sales Order. Follow LC and payment for order release to mill.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor the sales team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Duties including operation reporting.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
