About the role

Tadika Impian Gemilang, a leading early childhood education provider in Melaka Tengah, Melaka, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our young students. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children during their formative years.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and promote holistic learning
• Fostering a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, curiosity, and active participation
• Monitoring and assessing students' progress, providing individualised support, and communicating regularly with parents
• Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices, develop resources, and ensure the smooth operation of the preschool
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised classroom environment
• Attending professional development workshops and training to continuously improve teaching skills and pedagogical knowledge

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or daycare setting
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in preschool education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young students and their families
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for nurturing and inspiring young minds
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
