Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Specialist with Chinese-English translation skills to support our data management and linguistic needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases while also assisting with translating documents and other materials between Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Translation:

  • Read and understand product-related documents, specifications, and information written in Chinese.
  • Accurately translate content from Chinese to English.

2.Data Entry:

  • Input translated product data, specifications, and other relevant information into the company's database or system.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry.

3.General Support:

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining product-related documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in reading and understanding Chinese characters.
  • Strong written English skills for translation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry,
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, data entry software)
