Key Responsibilities

Customer Support (Support Tickets)

● Monitor and resolve Level 2 escalated support tickets within SLA, ensuring no backlog by day's end.

● Prepare and summarize product-level statistics for escalated tickets.

● Lead initiatives to improve Level 2 customer support processes to meet performance targets.

● Adapt and reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

eStamping Process Management:

● Submit all eStamping documents to the STAMPS portal within 30 days of loan disbursement.

● Monitor submission status and ensure timely payment for "Ready To Pay" submissions within 30 days.

● Extract and manage eStamping certificates efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

● Diploma or equivalent qualification in any relevant field (preferred).

● Extensive customer service experience in financial services, banking, payments, cards, or e-wallets.

● Exposure to Dynamic 365 and eStamping process via the STAMPS portal (preferred).

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

● Working knowledge of SQL, Python, web languages (HTML, APIs), Microsoft BI, Google Script, or any scripting language.

● Passionate about customer service and technology innovation.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is a plus.

● Ability to work independently in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

● Detail-oriented and customer-centric mindset.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
