We are Asia largest producer and fastest growing Bleaching Earth Clay Group Companies. Taiko Acid Activated Earth is highly effective adsorbent essential in the refining process for the purification and discoloration. We have 7 manufacturing plants in three different countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for planning, organising, monitor and control production/process of production plant, waste water treatment plant and raw water treatment plant.
  • To monitor the process to ensure product quality is achieved.
  • To monitor the production efficiency and daily volume target is achieved.
  • To manage the manpower efficiently and minimize the overtime cost.
  • To plan and manage raw material/packaging requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • To communicate tactfully with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • To ensure all machinery run smooth and request for maintenance periodically.
  • To ensure the entire work area is in good housekeeping condition.
  • To ensure that MS ISO9001:2015, MS 1480:2007, MS 2200 part 2:2012, OSHA and DOE are effectively implemented and meet the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • to take initiative, assume responsibility, and demonstrate problem-solving ability.
  • To undertake any other tasks as directed by the Superior/management as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in mechanical/chemical engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing plant.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to handle workload efficiently and good time management with minimum supervision.
  • Able to lead a team of shift operators for 3 rotation shifts.
  • Willing to work in Parit Buntar, Perak.
