1) Maintain and perform a variety of daily administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls and other day-to-day administrative duties.

2) To prepare correspondences as and when required.

3) To record and keep track of all incoming and outgoing correspondences information.

4) To do filing for all incoming and outgoing correspondences with systematic filing systems.

5) To check Online Security Services Tender (ePerolehan/Selangor/DBKL) time to time. If company is qualified to Tender, prepare & submit the required documents online before the deadline.

6) To prepare and submit Tender offline as and when required by the Company.

7) To monitor and follow up for any assigned tasks.

8) To renew/update Company licenses/details as following:-

-   KDN, DBKL, PIKM, MOF & etc.

9) To liaise with external parties - Clients, Vendor, Government Departments & etc. for Company matters.

10) Coordinate and assist with other section or department as necessary to support smooth running of operation; thereafter achieve the department objective.

11) Administrative tasks related to accounting.

12) To perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.
