  • Ensure all operational activities and personnel strictly comply with workplace safety regulations.
  • Manage and oversee daily operational planning to meet production targets and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and coordinate operations meetings, packing activities, workforce schedules, machine maintenance, and quality control processes.
  • Continuously improve operational workflows, processes, and equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage manpower planning and control overtime to optimize resource utilization.
  • Align packaging operations and productivity goals with the company's mission and vision.
  • Supervise and coordinate all packaging activities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve optimal performance and output.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
  • Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure timely supply and delivery of raw materials.
  • Monitor, verify, and ensure the availability of all materials required for smooth operational processes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly stock take reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Arrange and coordinate transportation for both domestic and international deliveries.
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, transport service providers, and courier companies to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping.
  • Prepare, review, and verify all necessary shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

  • Educational background: Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Logistics, or Warehousing Management, providing a strong foundation for the role.
  • Relevant experience: At least 5 years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations, including management of a 3PL/4PL facility, to bring valuable insights to the position.
  • Inventory management skills: Competence in inventory management to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Technical proficiency: Knowledge and hands-on experience with WMS and other MS software applications to effectively manage warehouse systems.
  • Analytical abilities: Strong planning, inventory control, and data analytical skills to drive process improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM3, RM4,800.00 per month
