  • Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming patients and visitors to the dental practice.
  • Assist with chairside duties during dental procedures, ensuring patients are comfortable and procedures run smoothly.
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
  • Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with dental team members to coordinate patient care and optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions as directed by the dentist.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and ordering supplies to support the smooth operation of the practice.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in job performance.

Job Type: Full-time
