RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing of documents pertaining to statutory records (such as directors' and members' resolutions)
- Maintaining and updating of secretarial records
- Preparation of annual returns, beneficial ownerships, and all others statutory forms as required by SSM
- Scan, photocopy, filing of documents
- To perform other duties assigned by seniors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Company secretary related course (such as MAICSA, etc)
- SPM graduates are also welcome to apply. Training and courses will be provided
- Fresh graduates/ entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Required skills: MS Office, Excel
- 5 days work
- Overtime claim and Contractual BONUS available
