HR & Admin Executive

- Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management team, with a focus on legal documentation, HR coordination, and government-related permits or licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize company documents, agreements, and confidential records.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and service contracts.
- Support recruitment activities and assist in HR documentations
- Renewal of government (such as Labour License, renewal of passport, CIBD and etc).
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in administration with exposure to legal, HR, and government liaison functions.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with high integrity and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
